The APL Wallcast panel is fully compatible with market leading systems but with the added benefit of cast corners and reinforced extrusions for durability.
The APL Wallcast Aluminium panel is a well-designed and robust solution which we have manufactured to have cast corners and reinforced extrusions. All Wallcast panels are manufactured to BSEN1090 execution class 2 and ISO 3834:2015 by our 9606-2 coded welders. This design came about after years of experience repairing panels we found the corners suffered the most damage. The Aluminium range is complimented by Wallcast Steel panels, corners and accessories.

The main benefit of the Wallcast Alu Panel is the cast corner that has been introduced. this increases the life cycle of the panel and reduces the need for repairs
Another major benefit is the reinforced extrusion that reduces side impact damage again increasing the life cycle and reduction of repairs needed.

The panels have been rigorously tested and have a maximum concrete pressure of 60KN/msq.
The Wallcast panels are customizable, including a variety of sizes, finishes and materials – allowing you to have the best panels for your needs.

Complete with 21mm smooth phenolic birch plywood.
