Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive. To be successful in this application, you will have a good track record in the construction industry, preferably in the formwork world.

You will be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships, reporting to our Director of Sales. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role within our sales team, responsible for ensuring sales targets are set and met (if not exceeded), with both new and existing clients. You will be joining family-run business with a great team.

The essential criteria for this position are:

  • Proactive, driven and self-going, and you work well in teams.
  • Experience in Formwork & Falsework sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability and a track record of generating new business.
  • Willingness to learn & adapt. 
  • Relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent Time management 
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritise and meet targets.

  • knowledge of maths.

  • follow engineering drawings and instructions.
  • check the size of materials and prepare.
  • weld inspection knowledge
  • Use of precision measuring instruments.
  • Training in-house to enhance these skills and gain coded welder qualification.

You would work in a workshop in our factory, where safety is paramount.
