Here are the biggest conversions in our business so far:

In 2021, the company appointed Michael Crump as the new Managing Director, who is responsible for the day-to-day operations. This year, APL has expanded globally, starting with a new branch in Australia.

Today we are a global full-service partner for the formwork industry, providing all aspects in-house: Manufacturing, Design, Repair, Refurbishment, Cleaning, Packages, and Hire and Sales.

Steve Crump


Right now, I’m working on an exciting plan to expand our business into new markets while building strategic partnerships to strengthen our position in existing markets. It’s a big task, but I’m up for the challenge!

I recently stepped back from my day-to-day responsibilities to focus on more strategic matters that require my attention. The day-to-day operations are in Michael’s competent hands, which enables me to do what I do best.

I’m looking forward to identifying potential business opportunities and getting to know key stakeholders all across the globe. I’m confident that with careful planning and execution, we can achieve long-term growth and success for the organization.

My main objective for the next year is to ensure the smooth running of our daily operations while simultaneously expanding our business globally.

I’m excited to build on the fantastic work my father has done to drive growth worldwide. I plan to connect with our existing customers to strengthen our long-term relationships and introduce ourselves to new friends in the UK and Australia, where we’ve recently launched.

In a nutshell, efficiency gains are my primary goal. I’m helping with developing long-term operational strategies that help meet our company objectives. I’m always on the lookout for new ways to improve our processes and ensure that we’re delivering exactly what our customers need.

My primary focus is supporting the management team and the financial structure of the business.  I’m also committed to building a sustainable business, one with longevity – that means striving for improvement, listening to customer needs and market conditions, and being prepared to adapt or improve our offering.

My goals include ensuring that we are living our values so that we are positioned for success and motivating our employees to grow with our business and enjoy their work.  That’s something that’s very close to my heart.

My top priority is ensuring we as a company experience continuous growth by building and cultivating strong relationships while providing comprehensive support to our customers in their projects, no matter where they are.

I genuinely believe that the key to our success is listening to our customer’s needs and understanding their objectives. I see it as an integral part of my role to ensure that our offerings are tailored to meet the market’s requirements. I’d rather underpromise and overdeliver.
